Implementation of Kirkpatrick evaluation model in Building Information Modeling (BIM) training program

This research aims to evaluate BIM WIKA Intermediate Allplan training, especially batch 8. The evaluation guide used refers Kirkpatrick's model which is limited levels 1 and 2. uses methods with a quantitative approach. respondents in this study were all participants who had participated the Batch 8 training series from beginning end. data was collected using questionnaires testing instruments. obtained analyzed weighting formula Kirkpatrick determine participant’s reaction program, as well improvement achievement of learning outcomes during activities. result implementation Training Program raised high positive trainees. Where’s highest satisfaction’s level material component by 89%, lowest media 80%. Meanwhile, evaluation, it found that can increase knowledge for most trainees, they able practice gained conducting practical tests well.
